Pre-Launch Notice

KICKDRAWS memberships and billing will begin only after the official launch.
Current sign-ups are for early access and updates only.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to join KICKDRAWS.

  • If you are 13–17 years old, you may join only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • By allowing a minor to join, the parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for all use of the Service, including billing, entries, and compliance with these Terms.

  • KICKDRAWS is not intended for children under 13.

2. Membership & Billing

KICKDRAWS will offer a subscription membership at $6 per month (“Membership Fee”) upon official launch.

  • Membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • All fees are billed to the payment method provided at checkout once memberships are active.

  • Membership Fees are non-refundable once charged.

CANCELLATION

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellations made before a draw cutoff date mean you will not be entered into that month’s draw.

BILLING ISSUES

  • If a payment fails, your membership and entries will pause until payment is resolved.

2A. Pre-Launch Membership Waitlist

KICKDRAWS is currently in a pre-launch phase.
During this period, visitors may join the waitlist to reserve a future membership spot and receive early updates about the community and upcoming launch.

  • No payment or billing will occur until KICKDRAWS officially launches its membership program.

  • By joining the waitlist, you agree to be contacted via email with updates, announcements, and launch details.

  • Billing will begin only once the official launch date or a specific member milestone (such as 1,000 members) has been reached.

  • You will receive advance notice before any billing occurs and may choose not to activate your paid membership.

  • Until launch, no draws or paid member benefits are active.

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid membership or guarantee access to all future perks. Your participation during this period is solely for early registration and communication purposes.

3. Draws

Draws will begin only after the official membership launch.

  • Members receive automatic entries each month into sneaker draws based on their active membership.

  • Each month’s draw includes a cutoff date. Only active, paid members prior to that cutoff will be entered.

  • Cutoff dates will be announced on the site and/or KICKDRAWS official social media.

LOYALTY DRAWS

  • Certain Loyalty Draws may require consecutive months of membership (e.g., 3+ months to qualify).

UNLOCK THE GRAILS

  • Community milestone draws (e.g., 2,000 members) will include all active members at the time the milestone is reached.

  • These draws take place in the following month.

  • Once a milestone is reached, eligibility is limited to the members within that threshold (e.g., “First 2,000 Members Only”).

4. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

No Purchase Necessary.

To ensure compliance with applicable laws, KICKDRAWS offers a free alternative method of entry (“AMOE”).

To enter for free, mail a postcard including your full name, mailing address, email, and the words:
“KICKDRAWS Free Entry” to:

  • Free entries must be received prior to the announced cutoff date for that month’s draw.

  • Each mailed entry is equivalent to one standard membership entry.

5. Authenticity & Brand Disclaimer

Every sneaker featured in KICKDRAWS draws is 100% authentic, sourced from verified retailers and trusted marketplaces.

KICKDRAWS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Travis Scott, or any other brand, artist, or designer.
All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. Shipping

  • Winners will be notified via email and must confirm shipping details within 7 days of notification.

  • Sneakers will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.

  • Sizes are currently limited to Men’s 7 – 12, unless otherwise stated.

7. Announcements

  • Official draw announcements, cutoff dates, winner confirmations, and updates may be made through the KICKDRAWS website, verified social media accounts, or official Discord server.

  • Any announcements made through these official KICKDRAWS channels are considered binding and form part of these Terms.

  • Members are responsible for staying informed of current draws, cutoff dates, and results as shared across these official communication platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

KICKDRAWS is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, site downtime, or payment processing errors.

  • Delayed or lost shipments outside of our control.

  • Any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total Membership Fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the KICKDRAWS website (including logos, designs, text, graphics, and layouts) is owned or licensed by KICKDRAWS, unless otherwise noted.

Sneaker brand names and designs are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify products.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Discord & Community Access

KICKDRAWS provides members with access to a private Discord server (“Community”) as part of the membership perks.

  • Access to Discord is available only to active, paid members.

  • Members must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

  • KICKDRAWS reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or remove members from the Community for inappropriate behavior, spam, harassment, or violations of community rules.

  • Removal from the Discord server does not automatically cancel or refund your KICKDRAWS membership.

  • Discord access is offered as a benefit, not a guaranteed feature of membership, and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at our discretion.
