During the pre-launch phase, we primarily collect email addresses and optional contact information for early access and updates.
No payment or billing information is collected until KICKDRAWS officially launches.

We may also receive information from service providers (Shopify, payment processors, and shipping partners) necessary to fulfill orders or membership services once the program goes live.

All sneaker photos, graphics, and designs posted by KICKDRAWS are original unless otherwise stated.

Members may not copy, redistribute, or use KICKDRAWS images, logos, or branded materials without written permission.

By tagging KICKDRAWS on social media, submitting testimonials, or engaging with community features, you grant KICKDRAWS permission to repost or feature your content for promotional purposes — never in a way that exposes personal information without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal data.

  • Service providers (Shopify, payment processors, IT systems, and shipping partners) who assist us in delivering our Services.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Travis Scott, or any other sneaker brands, artists, or designers.

10. Pre-Launch Waitlist Data

During the pre-launch period, KICKDRAWS may collect your email address and optional name information to:

  • Confirm your spot on the membership waitlist.

  • Send launch announcements, updates, and early access invitations.

  • Understand overall interest in the community and optimize our launch plan.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid membership.
You can unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting support@kickdraws.com.

No billing or payment data is collected during this phase.
