1. Shipping Coverage
KICKDRAWS currently ships prizes within the United States only.
Shipping is free for all U.S. members.
International shipping is not available at this time, but may be introduced in the future as the community grows.
If you are located outside the United States, you are welcome to join the KICKDRAWS community and participate in discussions, but you will not be eligible to receive shipped prizes until international shipping becomes available.
2. Processing Time
Winners are contacted within 24 hours of each draw.
Once the prize and shipping address are confirmed, shipping is typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
3. Delivery Timeframes

United States: 3–7 business days after processing.
All winners receive a tracking number via email once their prize ships.
Delivery times depend on destination, carrier performance, and regional logistics.
4. Shipping Carriers
KICKDRAWS partners with trusted national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Carrier selection is based on location, reliability, and delivery speed.
5. Authenticity & Condition
All sneakers shipped by KICKDRAWS are:

Each prize is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure safe delivery and protect against damage in transit.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a prize is shipped and tracking is provided, KICKDRAWS is not responsible for:

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistics; or

Packages lost or damaged while in transit and outside our control.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact support@kickdraws.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
7. Changes to Shipping Information
Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, KICKDRAWS cannot guarantee replacement or redelivery of the prize.
Please double-check your information before confirming shipment.
8. Future Tier Benefits
At launch, all members receive the same standard shipping coverage.
As Premium and VIP membership tiers become available, additional perks — such as faster processing, express delivery, or priority carrier upgrades — may be introduced.
Any updates or new shipping benefits will be announced in advance through KICKDRAWS’ official channels and reflected in this policy.
