1. Membership Fees

All KICKDRAWS membership payments are non-refundable once charged.
By subscribing, you agree that monthly membership fees provide access to member benefits, community features, and entry eligibility for ongoing draws.

Membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled before your renewal date. Cancellations must be completed prior to billing to avoid future charges.

You may manage or cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting membership@kickdraws.com.

2. Draws

All draws are conducted fairly and transparently among active members. Each draw represents a real chance - no bots, no resale games, and no hidden odds.

All sneakers featured on KICKDRAWS is brand new, 100% authentic, and shipped directly to the winner as described in our Shipping Policy.

3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing or system issue), please contact billing@kickdraws.com within 7 days of the transaction.
We will review the issue and resolve any verified billing errors promptly.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (such as verified technical errors or duplicate subscriptions), KICKDRAWS may issue refunds at our sole discretion.
All such decisions are final.
